Refund policy
We want you to love your Martelle piece. If something doesn't work out, we're happy to offer store credit within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please review our size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@martelledesign.com. Please review the conditions below to confirm your item is eligible for a return:
- The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
- The item has no marks, stains, or signs of wear (including makeup, deodorant, or fragrance transfer)
- The item is not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- A receipt or proof of purchase is available
Martelle reserves the right to decline returns beyond the 14-day return window or for items that are not in their original condition. If a return is declined, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Please note that all returns are issued as store credit only. Direct exchanges are not available at this time.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Martelle is not responsible for items lost in transit.
